Retreat options
Our retreat options are mixed immersion with 2 hours structured contact time each day, followed by time to work and reflect on your own or simply relax and enjoy the environment. We will discuss your programme with you at the beginning of your stay, based on your personal interests and experiences.
Goal setting and vision boarding
Goal setting doesn't have to happen on December 31st... If you feel like your life is lacking direction, meaning or purpose, book in some time to work on your personal vision, supporting goals and strategies to get there.
Ctrl-Alt-Del
Just need to get out? If stressful past or present events are getting the better of you, book your own intervention. Reset, let go of what no longer serves, deal with what needs to be dealt with - and redefine who you want to be.

Have you been sitting on a project needing to be finished for way too long? - Get on with it here - with structured support, accountability and plenty of focus time (we'll even turn off the internet if need be!)
