Coming up: Yin Yoga at the Rabbithole! We're looking at Sunday mornings, 9.30am - taught by the wonderful Katie... either as a lounge class or even on the grass by the river, weather permitting. A fantastic way to start the day! "Yin is a slow-paced meditative yoga. Mainly done on the floor with poses that are held for 2-5 minutes or longer. Yin poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body—the tendons, fascia, and ligaments—with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. Yin is a gentle yoga that helps the body open while encouraging stillness and mindfulness." We'll start classes when we have enough interest, so let me know if keen. $15pP
